What does per location per month mean?
Pricing scales with the operation. A single-location firm pays for one location. Multi-location operators add locations and unlock cross-location intelligence and routing at the higher tiers. The Customer Experience line runs 15 percent off at five or more locations.
What does the one-time setup cover?
Architecture, the build of each station, integrations into your CRM, calendar, and phone systems, and 30 days of shadow mode where the line observes and proposes before it touches production traffic. You approve the promotion to live.
Is there a long contract?
