For firms whose growth depends on operational throughput

The Operations Assembly Line.

Client intake, document review, scheduling, billing, compliance workflows. The repetitive work that consumes your associates, paralegals, and operations staff gets handled by the line. Your team focuses on judgment work. Your firm grows without doubling headcount.

What gets handled

Six stations. One operational backbone. Every workflow accounted for.

The work that consumes your firm's associates, paralegals, and back-office staff is not the judgment work. It is the repetitive operational layer: intake, document handling, scheduling, billing, compliance checks. The Operations Assembly Line handles that layer. Your team handles the work that actually requires your firm's expertise.

01
INTAKE
Every operational signal arrives. Client forms, support tickets, document uploads, scheduling requests, compliance submissions, billing events. The line is the single front door for everything that needs operational handling.
02
CLASSIFY
Type, urgency, owner, routing rules. Conflict checks. Practice area assignment. Urgency scoring. Routing to the right intake queue or escalation path. Every item arrives with full context attached.
03
PROCESS
Document review, data extraction, decision logic. Reads the document, extracts the data, runs the rules, produces the next-step recommendation. Your associates review and approve instead of building the analysis from scratch.
04
ACT
Drafts engagement letters, creates matters, sends invoices, schedules. The line handles the execution layer of the operation. Letters drafted, matters opened in your system, invoices ready for partner sign-off, calendars updated, follow-ups scheduled.
05
GOVERN
Compliance checks, partner approvals, audit trail. Bar association rules, HIPAA, GDPR, firm-specific compliance policies. Every action passes the governance station before it ships. Every action logged.
06
REPORT
Throughput metrics, bottleneck detection, daily operations brief. Your operations leader sees yesterday's volume, today's queue, this week's trend. Bottlenecks surface before they become problems. Capacity planning becomes data-driven.
How we build it

Built on Google Cloud's production agent stack. Governed at every step.

The Operations Assembly Line runs on the Gemini Enterprise Agent Platform, the same production platform Google offers to enterprise customers like Walmart and Bayer, configured and operated for mid-market service firms. Stateful, observable, and built for regulated environments.

Models
Gemini 3 Pro for document analysis and decision logic. Gemini Flash for high-volume classification. Specialized models for OCR, table extraction, and form understanding.
Framework
Agent Development Kit with graph-based orchestration. Each station is a specialized agent with explicit handoff rules. Failure modes are predictable and recoverable.
Runtime
Agent Runtime hosts the line in production. Long-running agents that can process a 200-page document, pause for partner review, and resume hours later without losing context.
Memory Bank
Persistent context per matter, client, or case. The agent walks into every operational decision with full history attached.
Governance
Agent Identity, Registry, and Gateway are the centerpiece of this line. For law, accounting, and healthcare firms, governance is the buying criterion. Every action identified, logged, and reversible.
Model Armor
Prompt-injection, PII, and toxicity filtering on every document and every output. For regulated firms we add a fourth layer requiring explicit partner sign-off on flagged actions.
Agent Sandbox
Code execution for complex document workflows runs in isolated sandboxes. Your firm's data does not leak between matters or between clients.
Data
Every intake, classification, action, and outcome logged to BigQuery with full trace context. Compliance audits become a 15-minute query, not a 3-week project.

Common questions

What managing partners and operations leaders actually ask.

If your question is not here, ask it on the walkthrough call.

We are a law firm. Will the bar association have a problem with this?
The line is designed so that every action that touches a sanctioned topic (rate quotes, legal advice, client representation decisions) requires explicit partner sign-off. Every action is logged with full trace context. Your firm has a complete audit trail that satisfies bar association requirements in every state we have deployed in. We can provide reference customers on request.
What about HIPAA, SOC 2, GDPR? Can the line handle regulated data?
Yes, at Premium tier. We deploy on a GCP project with HIPAA BAA in place, SOC 2 compliant infrastructure, and the data governance layer required for regulated firms. PII handling, data retention, and audit logging meet the requirements for healthcare, financial services, and EU firms.
How does the line handle the case where it gets a document or decision wrong?
Three safeguards by design. Shadow mode for the first 30 days catches calibration errors before they cost the firm anything. Human approval gates on every action that touches a sanctioned topic. Full audit trail in BigQuery means any wrong action is reversible and traceable to the cause. The architecture is built so that wrong outputs get caught and reversed before reaching the client, with the full event chain preserved for review.
Do you integrate with our practice management system?
Yes. Standard integrations cover Clio, MyCase, PracticeMaster, NetDocuments, iManage, QuickBooks, Xero, Sage, and most major systems used by mid-market service firms. Custom integrations available at Premium tier.
What happens to our existing operations staff?
The line is designed to redirect human capacity to higher-value work, not eliminate roles. The line handles the repetitive operational work. Your team handles client relationships, complex judgment calls, and the work that requires firm expertise. Most firms that deploy this kind of system hire less, not fire more, because growth absorbs the freed capacity faster than they can build the line.
Can we cancel?
Month-to-month after the first 90 days. If you cancel, the line stops, you keep all data, documents, and audit trails. No exit fees.
