For firms whose growth depends on visibility

The Marketing Operations Assembly Line.

Get your firm cited by ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Google AI Overviews. Get ranked on Google search. Publish content that compounds. Spend less per qualified lead. Run the whole operation as one continuous assembly line, not five disconnected tools.

What gets handled

Six stations. One marketing operation. Every signal accounted for.

A traditional marketing team is six tools and four contractors held together by spreadsheets. The Marketing Operations Assembly Line replaces the spreadsheets, the contractors, and most of the tools with a continuous workflow that runs without a Monday morning standup.

01
CAPTURE
Every visibility signal arrives. Search rankings, AEO citations from ChatGPT and Perplexity, Google Business Profile actions, ad clicks, content engagement, organic traffic, conversion events, brand mentions. The agent watches everything you need to know about how your firm shows up in the market.
02
ANALYZE
Score visibility by channel. Where are you winning. Where is the firm falling behind a competitor. Which content piece is driving citations. Which keyword cluster lost ranking last week. Which paid channel is converting. The Analyze station produces the weekly intelligence your CMO would build by hand on Sunday night.
03
PRODUCE
Generate the content that closes the gap. Blog drafts, landing page copy, ad creative variations, schema markup, social posts, email sequences, video scripts. Every artifact written in your firm's voice (stored in Memory Bank), optimized for the channel it ships to, citation-friendly for AI search engines.
04
REVIEW
Human checkpoint before anything ships. Your team reviews drafts in a single queue, approves with one click, edits if needed. No more chasing approvals across Slack and email. The Review station maintains your brand standard at machine speed.
05
PUBLISH
Route approved content to every channel. CMS, ad platforms, social, email, syndication. The agent handles platform-specific formatting, scheduling, A/B variant creation, and the boring parts. Your content gets to market the same hour it gets approved.
06
MEASURE
Attribute every dollar back to the action. Every signal, decision, and publication logged to BigQuery. Daily brief in your inbox at 6 AM Central. Monthly executive report. Quarterly business review with what worked, what did not, and what to do next.
How we build it

Built on Google Cloud's production agent stack. Configured for your firm.

This is not a wrapper around ChatGPT. The Marketing Operations Assembly Line runs on the Gemini Enterprise Agent Platform, the same production platform Google offers to enterprise customers like Walmart and Mercedes-Benz, configured and operated for mid-market marketing teams. Every component is named, observable, and replaceable.

Models
Gemini 3 Pro for strategy and reasoning. Gemini Flash for high-volume content generation. Gemini Flash Image for ad creative variations. Claude Sonnet via Model Garden for tone-sensitive long-form. Right model per task, never one model for everything.
Framework
Agent Development Kit (ADK) with graph-based orchestration. Multi-agent architecture so each station is a specialized agent, not one giant prompt. Native Model Context Protocol support so the line connects to your existing tools.
Runtime
Agent Runtime hosts the line in production. Stateful agents that maintain context across days, not turns. Your firm's content brief from January 4th informs the publication that goes out on March 22nd without anyone re-uploading it.
Memory Bank
Persistent memory of your firm's brand voice, audience profiles, claim language, prior content, competitive context, and approved messaging. The line gets smarter every week, not just more productive.
A2A Protocol
Agent-to-agent communication. The Analyze station can request data from a station on a different line (Customer Experience, Sales) without anyone wiring an integration. Cross-line learning becomes free.
Governance
Agent Identity, Registry, and Gateway. Every action the line takes is identified, logged, and pauseable. Your firm has a complete audit trail. Compliance, IT, and legal all have one place to look.
Model Armor
Prompt-injection, PII, and brand-safety filtering on every input and output. Marketing operations touch public surfaces. This is the layer that keeps your firm out of the news for the wrong reason.
Data
BigQuery as the canonical store. Every signal, decision, content artifact, publication event, and outcome logged with full trace context. Your firm can ask the data questions in plain English using Gemini Data Agents. No more building dashboards by hand.
Investment

Three tiers. Real numbers. No "starts at."

Pick the tier that matches the operation you are running today. Move up when the data says you are ready. Each tier is fixed-scope, fixed-price, named deliverables, no surprises.

Common questions

What managing partners and CMOs actually ask.

If your question is not here, ask it on the walkthrough call. Real answers, no marketing-speak.

What does the line actually do that my current marketing team or agency does not?
It runs continuously. It captures signals from channels most teams ignore (AEO citations, ChatGPT mentions, AI search rankings). It produces content at a rate no human team can sustain. It publishes the same hour content is approved. And it logs everything to a queryable database your team can audit, which most agencies do not provide. Your team or agency still owns the creative direction. The line owns the execution and the data.
How is this different from buying ChatGPT Enterprise and writing prompts?
ChatGPT Enterprise is one tool. The Marketing Operations Assembly Line is six specialized agents wired together in a graph, each with persistent memory, each with governance, each writing to a shared data store. The difference is the difference between a hammer and a finished house. Both are useful. They are not the same purchase.
What happens during the first 30 days after the line goes live?
The line runs in shadow mode for 30 days. Every recommendation, draft, and publish action gets queued for human approval before anything ships. We use this period to calibrate the agent to your firm's voice, audience, and editorial standards. At day 30 we review the shadow data with you and promote to live operation only if the data supports it. If it does not, we extend shadow mode until it does.
Who owns the content and the agents?
Your firm owns the content. Your firm owns the agent configuration. Your firm owns the Memory Bank data. Hendricks operates the line on your behalf and gives you full read access to the architecture, the prompts, the logs, and the data. You can take operational ownership of any component at any time. No vendor lock-in beyond the platform itself (Google Cloud).
What about compliance, brand safety, and the risk of an AI publishing something wrong?
Three layers of defense. First, Model Armor filters every input and output for prompt injection, PII, and toxicity. Second, the Review station puts a human in the loop before anything publishes. Third, every action is logged with full trace context to BigQuery, so if something does ship wrong, you have a complete audit trail. For regulated firms (law, healthcare, financial services) we add a fourth layer that requires explicit partner sign-off on any content touching a sanctioned topic.
Can we cancel? What happens to the work we have already done?
Month-to-month after the first 90 days. If you cancel, the line stops, you keep the content, you keep the data, you keep the architecture documentation, and we will help you transition operation to another partner or to your in-house team. No exit fees, no penalty clauses. The relationship works because it works, not because you cannot leave.
